On January 4, Anthea gave birth to premature twins Kristiana and Kristian, at just over 28 weeks. They each weighed less than 2.2 lbs.

As the babies were placed on their father Glen's chest, they witnessed an incredible sight. At only a few hours old, they held hands.

She shared the amazing sight on her Facebook page:

Proud mother Anthea later said, "Both my angels holding hands again as if they were born to! Amazing sight!"

Neither one of the parents could believe how close their bond was right at birth, but they could not be happier. This bond quite possibly saved them since they were very small and not fully developed.
