Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have welcomed their first child together, a son named Rocky.

Rocky is Kardashian's fourth child. She shares Mason, Penelope and Reign with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. This will be Barker's fourth child as well. He shares three children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler: Alabama, Landon and Atiana. Atiana is Moakler's daughter from her previous relationship with Oscar De La Hoya, which Barker stepped in as her step-father during his marriage to Moakler from 2004 to 2008.

Travis and Kourtney were friends for years before they began dating in 2021. Less than a year later, the pair were engaged after Travis' romantic beach proposal. Following the 2022 Grammy Awards, the pair had a Las Vegas wedding, which Kardashian later confirmed that they did not have a marriage license at the time. In May 2022, Kardashian and Barker got legally married in a small ceremony in Santa Barbra. That same week, they flew to Italy and held another wedding ceremony in Portofino, Italy. All of their children were in attendance along with their close friends and family. In June 2023, Kourtney announced that she was pregnant at Barker's Blink-182 concert. She held up a sign that read "Travis I'm Pregnant!" which was inspired by Blink-182's "All The Small Things" music video where it showed a fan holding up a similar sign. The pair has been vocal about their struggles conceiving, announcing in May 2023 that they had stopped their IVF journey due to it being unsuccessful. "We are officially done with IVF," Kardashian said. "We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, I believe it will happen."
