Eating cinnamon rolls for breakfast is not always the most healthy choice, but what about cinnamon roll pancakes? Not only will you love them, but your kids will clean their plates as well!
Ingredients:
- Any pancake batter
- 4 Tbs melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbs cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until there are no lumps and place in a sandwich bag
- Pour pancake batter on a skillet as you would normally and squeeze cinnamon out of the bag in a swirl pattern while the batter is baking
