Fall is the time to wear sweaters, smell the crisp air, and throw yourself into a giant pile of vibrant leaves. But, what is autumn without a little pumpkin spice? After a brisk, chilly night, there is no better way to warm up than indulging in these heavenly treats.

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup flour

  • 2 Tbs sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • a dash of cloves

  • 1 cup milk

  • 6 Tbs pumpkin

  • 2 Tbs butter

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Fold all ingredients together

  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on a meadium-heat skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side

Pumpkin Spice Truffles

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate

  • 8oz cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup ginger snaps (crushed)
    *

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

  • 3/4 cup graham crackers

  • 2 Tbs powdered sugar

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Dash of orange zest

Directions:

  1. Melt white chocolate in a heat proof bowl in simmering water on low/medium heat

  2. Mix all ingrediants and roll into 1" balls

  3. Refridgerate for a few hours until firm

  4. Melt remaining white chocolate and dip balls in

  5. Place extra ginger snap crumbs on top and refridgerate for one more hour
