There are a lot of disappointments that come with being a kid: going to bed when it's still light outside, being force-fed your broccoli, having your mashed potatoes and chicken touch each other. And for children in one America's Funniest Home Videos, finding out the gender of their new sibling seems to be one of the greatest heartbreaks of their lives.

We can't decide if we should laugh out loud with some of these reactions or cry right along with them.

Some who watched the video were not amused.

"I don't think these are funny," writes Montanna Nicoson. "You shouldn't ask the kids if they want one or the other! You should tell them they are going to be a big sister or brother & get them excited for the baby! It shouldn't matter if it's a boy or girl!"

But others shared their sweet personal experiences.

"The last one was how my boys reacted when I told them I was pregnant, Sonia Juarez wrote. "They cried and said boy or girl they're gonna love and take care of the baby."
