Having children and being a good dad takes effort, but most of all, it takes time.

Time for talking.

Time for playing.

Time for soothing wounds.

Time for teaching.

And, especially, time for loving.

As it says at the end of the clip, "Fatherhood: How much time do you have?" Spend time with your kids. That's what they really want and need. There's no regret to time well spent.
