Send a Letter to the Skies

Activity:

Write a letter to your pen pal in space and deliver it to him or her via balloon. If you need help knowing what to write in your letter, check out some of these prompts. Once your letter is written, it's time to decorate your balloon.

With a sharpie, carefully draw your favorite alien face. Then, roll your letter up, tie it to the base of the balloon and together release your balloons into the sky. And for some extra-terrestrial fun, listen to, "The Alien Adventures of Finn Caspian" (a children's podcast).
