It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce," they said. "We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together." They continued by saying, "Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. The actress first met Toth, a talent agent, at a friends house in January 2010 where they instantly hit it off and by December, they were engaged. They tied the knot in March 2011 on Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, California. Witherspoon gushed over Toth on Instagram last March while they were celebrating their wedding anniversary where she said, "Happy Anniversary JT!! 11 years of adventures, love & laughter. I feel so lucky to share this wonderful life with you." They share one child, Tennessee, 10, who they welcomed in September 2012. A source told People that Witherspoon and Toth's main focus is co-parenting their child saying, "They really are the best of friends and this is such an amicable decision. They are so committed to co-parenting together. They are invested in their whole family and making this as smooth as possible for everyone."
