You don't have to do grand romantic gestures to show your wife how much you love her - there are little things that matter so much to her (even if they don't matter to you). Here are 15 little things she'll absolutely adore:

1. Leave a love note on the bathroom mirror

Give her something encouraging to think about as she gets ready in the morning. Put a sticky note on the bathroom mirror that says "you're beautiful" to remind her she'll always hold a special place in your heart.

2. Rub her back as she falls asleep

This is one of the best ways to help her relax and fall asleep with a smile on her face.

3. Schedule date night

Reserve a night to be kid-free. If you can't afford a babysitter, wait until the kids are asleep and pull out a blanket, snacks and a movie. Planning time alone gives you both something to look forward to and lets you unwind together at the end of a long, tiring day.

4. Text her in the middle of the day

A text from you on a bad day can bring a smile to her exhausted face ... and a message on an already great day can make it even better. Ask her how she's doing or send a simple "I love you" text to let her know she's always on your mind.

5. Kiss her goodbye

Mornings can be hectic. You're both rushing to get the kids dressed for school, out the door and dropped off all before work at nine o'clock. Even though it's chaotic, take a second to kiss your wife before parting for the day.

6. Cancel your plans when she's sick

Be there to take care of her when she can't take care of herself. Even if she can't muster the energy to say it, she truly appreciates it!

7. Admit it when you're wrong

Don't drag out arguments longer than they need to be. If you find yourself in the wrong, admit it and make amends.

8. Spend time with your child

Spending time with your child is most likely something you care a lot about, but what you might not know is that seeing you spend time with your child is also something that matters to your wife. One of the greatest ways you can show your spouse you care about her is by loving your child. Bust out a board game, read a book together before bed or go out for ice cream - just the two of you. This won't only make your wife's heart melt, it will also build a strong parent-child bond.

9. Know when she's on her period

If you've been married a while, you probably know your wife's menstrual cycle. When that time of the month comes around, try to do a little something extra for her. Chances are she's feeling extremely uncomfortable. Give her a back rub, draw her a bath or make her favorite meal. She'll absolutely love your kind gestures.

10. Bring home a surprise

Give your wife her favorite flowers, bring home chocolate or rent the new movie she's been dying to see. You don't need a special occasion to shower your wife with love.

11. Wipe down the kitchen counter

You might not care about the crumbs on the kitchen counter, but your wife probably does. Take a few minutes to wipe down the counter after breakfast. Show her you appreciate all she does for you by doing a small service for her, no matter how small the task.

12. Give the kids a bath

Is your wife exhausted? Tell her to kick her feet up while you bathe the kids before bed.

13. Watch the chick flick

Whether she's into chick flicks, action movies or comedies, watch it with her. Turn it into a tradition by taking turns picking what you'll watch for movie night.

14. Truly listen when she's talking

You might be awesome at multitasking, but no matter how great you are at it, put the phone down and truly listen when your wife's talking. Be genuinely interested in what she has to say.

15. Say "I love you" in front of your friends

Don't hold back from showing affection. Some couples feel uncomfortable displaying PDA in public (and that's OK) but try not to let it hold you back from expressing how much you care.

Men, do little things for your wife each day - your darling love shouldn't go a single day wondering how much you care for her. Oh, and ladies? This goes both ways! If both of you strive to do small things to uplift and support each other, your marriage will be stronger than ever.
