Keanu Reeves recently opened up during a People interview where he described the last time he felt "pure bliss," saying it while while he was in bed with his girlfriend, Alexandra Grant. "A couple of days ago with my honey," he responded. "We were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together."

The pair first met in 2009 at a dinner party, where they started off as just friends. While they didn't begin dating right away, they actually became business partner first. Reeves and Grant first began collaborating on several projects together, including Reeve's books, "Ode to Happiness" and "Shadows." They went on to open their own publishing company called "X Artists Books" before they eventually began a romantic relationship. They went public with their relationship in 2019 on the red carpet at the LACMA Art+ Film Gala in Los Angeles. Although this was the first time they were seen together publicly, a source told Us Weekly that the pair had "been dating for years" but saying the relationship was never a secret. In 2019, Reeves spoke about how he likes to keep his private life private where he told Parade, "I came to Hollywood to be in movies. I feel really grateful that I’ve had that opportunity, but I’m just a private person, and it’s nice that can still exist."

The pair has been going strong for years now, but have remained private about their relationship, making Reeves comment to People about his last moment of bliss with Grant quite rare but a sweet sentiment to the couple.
