Megan Fox is entering a new chapter of motherhood with open arms and a full heart. On March 27, the 38-year-old actress welcomed her fourth child—a baby girl—with ex-fiancé Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker), marking their first child together.
The joyful news was shared by MGK in a tender black-and-white video on Instagram, where he can be seen holding his newborn daughter’s tiny hand. “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed,” he wrote, adding, “3/27/25.” He later revealed that close friend Travis Barker helped “compose the score of the birth,” calling the experience “an epic journey.”

Though Fox and MGK ended their engagement in late 2024, just weeks after announcing the pregnancy, the actress is embracing motherhood with renewed strength. Already a devoted mom to three boys—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8—with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, Fox is focusing on her children and the joys of raising them, even amid life’s changes.
"She just wants to focus on the baby and her boys now," a source shared. "She’s doing okay. She’s very excited about the baby."
Fox’s path to this moment hasn’t been easy. In 2023, the couple suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage. “It was very difficult for both of us,” Fox shared on Good Morning America, describing the emotional and spiritual journey it led them on. But out of that pain came hope, and now, healing.

Fox, too, has been candid about the complexities of motherhood, including navigating co-parenting and managing the ever-present mom guilt. “I can only have [my kids] half the time,” she shared in 2022. “But you always struggle with the guilt, kind of feeling like, ‘I haven’t done enough.’”
