In 2007 there was an all-time low of one word in pop music: love.

This is ironic, because although it has only slightly increased in use since 2007, clearly our obsession with human connection - especially romance - is anything but decreasing. Turn on any popular Spotify playlist for evidence.

Why then has "love" significantly dropped out of our media? It seems what we see in real examples of life-long love have been pushed aside for glamorous, sensual, easy-to-get and easy-to-leave-when-it-no-longer-pleases-you ideas of love.

There's not much sexy about dealing with someone else's emotional breakdown, or sharing your money to buy groceries. But the reality is, life-long love includes daily life.

Those daily events are something Korean artist, Puung captures through her touching illustrations.

"'Love' comes in ways that we can easily overlook in our daily lives," Puung writes on her Facebook. "So, I try to find the meaning of love in our daily lives and make it into artworks."

There would be no other cozy travel to our dreams than this!

I'll lock my lips with yours if you continue to look at me like that.

Brushing our teeth together!
Cleaning up here and there.

No worries. I will fashionably cut your bang!

How do you like it?"

Stop bothering him.

Which one should I get?

Make me look cute!

I am sorry, don't cry.
Look at me and show me your pretty face.

Trifle chatter that we can't even remember by tomorrow.

Saying how much he loves while pinching the tender cheek.

Making the lunchbox together to go on a picnic. "Watch me flipping this!"

What's for lunch today?
Fried Rice!

The food got completely burned black.

"I won!"

"Can we just get a dish-washer?"

At midnight when everyone is asleep, we are sinking into a horror movie munching on some chips. Scrunch scrunch!

zzz ... I want ...
