I'm leaving Quebec in 2 days for Hawaii and New Zealand. No I'm not going to travel full time. I will probably do farm work on the South Island for a couple of months, doing fruit picking or working at a dairy farm, living in a campervan and eating peanut butter sandwich. The truth is that I love it. Being a little but uncomfortable, getting dirty and working hard everyday really puts you "in the moment" and makes you appreciate more things such as comfort & good food. It connects you with the locals, the "real hard world", far from smart phones and apps, and it feels good sometimes. That's the way I like to travel

"Westcoast Long Exposures" So yesterday I had shots all planned out and was denied by a lifeguard who was threatening to report me if I went to the beach that I've gone to on way worse conditions. Bioluminescent plankton is a bizzare natural phenomenon that lights up the water and making the sea shine a surreal blue glow. Combined with such a starry night I couldn't really believe my eyes.
